Controversy Over BetSoft Jackpots

BetSoft is a leading online slots provider, which is well-known for its 3D graphics and unique bonus features. The company has made quite a name for itself in the online casino market and has maintained a positive reputation – but things have taken a turn for the worst. Recently, the online slots developer has been accused of riggings its jackpots by affiliate site CasinoListings.com.

The issue was first brought to light by a player in the online casino forum. User BlackjackAA noted that while playing Greedy Goblins, he was unable to win the jackpot. He had played nearly 1000 rounds but was never able to trigger the prize. So, he did some investigating and round that certain bet levels are locked.

After receiving this warning, the site operator decided to monitor BetSoft slots on its own. After nine months of investigation, they noticed that there are some bet levels that never award jackpots. Additionally, a number of jackpots changed their payout frequency at the same time. While this normally could be an issue of luck, it is quite unusual for several different games to experience the game fluctuation at the same time.

This is not the first time that BetSoft has been in trouble for its online slots games. In 2014, the provider had its Alderney gambling license suspended. At the time, no reason was given for the suspension.

As such, players are being warned against wagering on BetSoft slots. While an official investigation has yet to be launched by a regulatory body, it is best for players to stay safe while gambling online. As this story develops, we will keep you posted and let you know if any more detail arise about the controversy surrounding BetSoft online slots.
